LIGHT SUMMER JACKET
Microwave a Farmhouse Jacket until piping hot (approx.
5 minutes - see side of case for cooking times of different sizes). Cut through the top
of the potato and scoop out some of the flesh, mix this with 1 tablespoon of chopped
cucumber, 1 tablespoon of chopped apple, fresh mint and 2 tablespoons of Creme Fraiche.
Refill the potato and replace lid. Serve with crisp side salad and apple slices.
CHILLI JACKET
Microwave a Farmhouse Jacket until piping hot (approx.
5 minutes - see side of case for cooking times of different sizes). Slice the potato in two
places not cutting all the way through and fill with hot chilli con carne. Garnish with a
salad. Serve with a cooling soured cream or yoghurt sauce.
JAWS
Microwave a Farmhouse Jacket until piping hot (approx.

its edge in a zig-zag pattern two thirds of the way round. Open up and fill with poached
white fish and prawns in a creamy parsley sauce. Add a little colour with a garnish of
your choice.
JACKET BURGER

and build up the layers using fried onions, sliced tomatoes, a good quality cooked
beefburger and top with a cheese slice and relish. Replace the other half of the Jacket and
garnish with a salad.
FROG FEAST

5 minutes - see side of case for cooking times of different sizes). Cut a mouth two thirds
of the way around the edge of the potato and fill with grated cheese. Create a face with a
cooked sausage and olives or similar. Surround with hot baked beans, sliced cooked sausage and
garnish.
