About Us

Farmhouse Potato Bakers Ltd. is a family business based in East Yorkshire where it was established in 1985 by Rob Bannister, a specialist potato grower.

In 2002, with the help of a DEFRA Processing and Marketing Grant, we moved into a new, fully refurbished factory giving us more than three times the capacity of our original site. BRC (British Retail Consortium) Higher level of inspection has been achieved on the new site.

We supply a comprehensive range of products and we are constantly developing new products in keeping with the changing market. We are also able to produce bespoke products on request and modify any of the standard range to accommodate individual requirements providing the quantities are large enough.

We have an in-depth knowledge of the potato market and customers are advised about the fluctuations within this market via the quarterly bulletin "The Potato Market - A farmers View" and information is always offered at any time.
